Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to any marketing audit, retainer, or other service provided by Plan A Marketing Limited (“Plan A Marketing”, “we”, “us”) to a client (“you”). By booking an audit or engaging Plan A Marketing for ongoing services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

Plan A Marketing provides marketing audits, strategy, and ongoing marketing services (the “Services”), including but not limited to website, Google Business Profile, PPC, and wider marketing review and management. The specific scope of any engagement will be agreed with you directly before work begins.

2. The Marketing Audit

The £699 marketing audit is a fixed-price, one-off diagnostic service. Payment is required in full upfront, before the audit begins. Once the audit report has been delivered to you, it is considered a completed deliverable, and no refund is given at that point. If we’re unable to deliver the audit for any reason on our side, you’ll receive a full refund.

3. Ongoing Retainer Services

Following an audit, you may choose to engage Plan A Marketing on an ongoing retainer basis. The scope, fee, and any minimum commitment for a retainer will be agreed with you in writing before it begins.

Either party may end a retainer arrangement by giving 30 days’ written notice to the other. Work already invoiced or in progress at the point notice is given remains payable.

4. Fees and Payment

  • The audit fee is payable in full before work begins.
  • Any third-party media or advertising spend (for example, Google Ads or paid social budget) is paid directly by you, using your own card or account — Plan A Marketing does not hold or process client media budgets. We may recommend spend levels and manage the campaigns, but the underlying spend sits with you.
  • Retainer invoices are due on receipt, unless you’ve been offered 30-day payment terms, which we may extend to established clients at our discretion.
  • Late payment may result in work being paused until payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

Once you’ve paid in full for a piece of work (the audit report, a strategy document, or any creative we produce for you), that deliverable is yours to use as you see fit. Plan A Marketing retains no ownership claim over completed, fully-paid deliverables. We may retain our own general methods, frameworks, and know-how for use with other clients — we just don’t reuse your specific data, content, or branding elsewhere.

6. Confidentiality

Any business, customer, or performance data you share with us as part of an audit or retainer is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the agreed Services. We won’t share it with third parties without your permission, except where required by law.

7. Liability

We’ll deliver our Services with reasonable skill and care, based on the information and access you provide us. We can’t guarantee specific business outcomes (such as a particular increase in traffic, leads, or sales), since these depend on factors outside our control. Our liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the fees you’ve paid us for the specific piece of work in question.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that can’t legally be limited or excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

8. Data Protection

Any personal data you share with us is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be available on this page. Changes won’t apply retroactively to work already agreed under earlier terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
